Attending our class represents…
You acknowledge that our teachers have sufficient knowledge and expertise to guide you in your yoga practice. Our classes may require physical adjustments at times, and require a certain level of trust between the teacher and student. If you are uncomfortable in certain adjustments, you are expected to voice out during the session. Direct and verbal communication in this aspect is crucial to maintain an amicable and effective student-teacher relationship. Failure to do so within the session represents that you were agreeable with our teaching methods, and you waive all our instructors and personnel from all actions, proceedings, claims, demands and liabilities, regardless of whether CCTV footage is available.
You also acknowledge that you are in good physical and mental condition to attend our classes. As with any physical activity, accidents may occur from time to time. In the case of any accident, eg. torn ligaments, broken bones, syncope, dehydration, and even paralysis or death etc, you acknowledge that these are not intentional and may occur even with the best care taken. If you deem necessary, you are expected to purchase your own accident and/or hospital insurance, and waive all our instructors and personnel from all actions, proceedings, claims, demands and liabilities in respect to any such accidents.
Always remember to listen to your body. You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing.
