We offer a wide range of classes that are suitable for beginner and advanced levels

Shoulder Opening

Stress, tension, poor posture and incorrect alignment from long hours at work hunched over the computer or injuries can cause stiff and tight shoulders leading to discomfort and pain. Shoulder opening classes can help relieve tightness and increase the range of motion by stretching and strengthening the muscles, tendons and ligaments around the shoulder joints. This brings the body back into balance and better health.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga can expect an accommodating practice full of static postures, mindful breathwork and a manageable pace. This practice allows for a greater focus on alignment and breathing, making the practice accessible to student of all levels, especially beginners.


In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. … Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

Yoga Stretch

Yoga Stretch is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. Living in a forward facing, seated world, these areas tend to be tight for everyone. Tight muscles can cause imbalance and pull the body out of alignment.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa yoga places focus on flowing sequences that move through poses with awareness of breathing. In this class you will stretch, strengthen your whole body unique flow. Class is available for all levels. There will be demonstrations and instructions with variations of all poses.

Stretch & Twist

Twisting actions stimulate the blood circulation and release tension in the muscles of the abdomen. When you do a Yoga twist, it creates an intra-abdominal compression and spine, and the digestive organs will experience fresh blood flow rich in oxygen and nutrients. It’s very helpful for back bend practitioners.

Core Yoga

Incorporating core training in your yoga practice will not only improve your poses and your transitioning between body postures, but it will also alleviate back pain, increase your inner strength, improve your posture, allow for better flexibility, and ensure that you stay balanced while doing advanced yoga postures.

Yin Yoga

The class comprises long-held passive poses using minimal muscular effort so as to access the deep connective tissues like the fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. When the connective tissues around the joints are underused this causes pain and limits mobility. Yin yoga improves flexibility and circulation, stimulates energy flow along the meridians and enhances organ function. Practising it regularly calms the body and reduces the heart rate making it a great stress reliever. It also helps prepare the mind and body for meditation.

Kids Yoga

Yoga philosophy teaches present moment awareness and how to stay calm and positive because when our mind is thinking about the past or future, we are missing the most valuable now. When children are engaged, focused, having fun, and following a yoga lesson, they are in the present moment. As well, a good children’s yoga teacher will redirect kids and teach them about this valuable tool and ethics so they can carry it throughout their life.

Acro Yoga

Acro Yoga is a type of yoga that combines traditional Hatha or Vinyasa Flow yoga with acrobatics To build strength, confidence and trust on yourself and on your partner.
